Women in Real Estate 2020: Jessica Sellers-Duggan Pioneers GSA’s Use of Virtual Market Tours

Jessica Sellers-Duggan serves as Acting Director at GSA-PBS’s National Office, Center for Broker Services. In this role, she focuses on commercial real estate within the public sector, yet she keeps a pulse on what is happening across the private sector industry to incorporate those practices into the federal government’s portfolio.

She is quick to take action and continues to find innovative solutions to augment the federal government. Her efforts in government real estate contracting have led to millions of dollars in taxpayer savings.

Sellers-Duggan’s innovation specifically has led to the federal government’s use of virtual market tours, and collaboration to bridge the gap between real estate transaction managers and project management support needed for post award transactions.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Sellers-Duggan as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners in Seattle & Pacific Northwest. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

She has shown that courage is the key to continued innovation and she is not afraid to promote ideas that move the needle leading to significant taxpayer savings. Sellers-Duggan continues to set an example and be a key contributor in the world of commercial real estate while promoting effective models of public service.
