Women in Real Estate 2020: Savills’ Dina Zavislak Makes a Mark on the Industry

She has gone above and beyond the demands of her position, developing strategies to reduce and contain total occupancy costs which has maximized savings through benchmarking portfolios, as well as establishing key performance indicators to measure performance and trends. Moreover, Zavislak is able to leverage positions to negotiate lease and sale globally – her expertise aiding Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 firms in navigating critical contractual obligations, negotiating important contractual obligations, and optimizing portfolios.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Zavislak as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. In spite of the pandemic, she has remained tirelessly active, completing over 90 transactions, totaling over 631,000 square feet with a value of $80 million. In her spare time, she supports a domestic violence shelter for women and shoulder, Chrysalis, and participates in events for the Salvation Army, United Blood Services Blood Drive, and Court Appointed Special Advocates.
