Women in Real Estate 2020: Ciminelli Real Estate Services’ Chelsea Sproul is Versatile Property Management Professional

Chelsea Sproul transitioned to commercial property management at Ciminelli Real Estate Services in mid-2019 and brings versatile experience in Multifamily Asset and Property Management to the firm.

Since starting at Ciminelli, Chelsea has aggressively collected residual aged receivables and maintained all properties at a 5% or less delinquency rate. Sproul has also assisted in several capital improvement projects totaling $2 million dollars.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Sproul as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
