Women in Real Estate 2020: Brenna Wadleigh Leads N3 to One of Its Best Years During Pandemic

Brenna Wadleigh has served as CEO of N3 Real Estate, headquartered in Southlake, TX, since 2015. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s investment strategy encompassing a $250-million retail property portfolio, and oversees all day to day operations of N3.

As with so many other companies, 2020 has brought on the toughest season for the N3 team and industry. Through it all, Wadleigh has led the company with initiative, confidence and energy to one of its best and most productive years. She was dynamic in pivoting quickly and re-directing each department to find alternate ways to be productive and led the team into a more effective way of managing the departments and duties. Under Wadleigh’s leadership, N3 has seen no layoffs or salary reductions through the course of the pandemic.

Among other achievements during the pandemic, N3 won an RFP for and signed a new multi-state build-to-suit development account that has already generated more than 30 store assignments. It also launched a third-party property management business segment with the signing of a 136,000 -square-foot retail center property management agreement. Wadleigh herself has been named a board member of CREW Dallas during this time.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Wadleigh as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
