Women in Real Estate 2020: Cushman & Wakefield’s Ali Greenwood is Known as Data Center Expert

As Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Advisory group, Ali Greenwood focuses on developing and executing data center strategies on behalf of clients across the globe. Services include defining the requirement, RFP creation and process, site/provider selection, agreement negotiations, total cost of occupancy analysis, portfolio & asset valuations, hybrid IT & cloud strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, build-to-suits, acquisitions and dispositions.

Greenwood delivers a proven process around finding data center space for clients that allows for a successful start-to-finish data center procurement strategy. She and her partner Bo Bond have established themselves as a premier data center brokerage team, and have completed assignments for many of the Fortune 1000 companies across various industry verticals, as well as investors and data center operators alike.

Ran Holman, Managing Principal of Texas for Cushman & Wakefield says, “Excellence comes in a lot of forms. I am surrounded by it. Ali is an extremely talented and poised professional. Her devotion to her craft, her colleagues and most importantly her family are always evident. She manages all those things with focus, grace and professionalism.”

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Greenwood as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
