Women in Real Estate 2019: Perkins+Will’s Kristin Winters is a Leader, Mentor and Community Advocate

Because of her abilities, Winters was selected to be a class member of the Perkins+Will Leadership Institute, which selects only 16 employees worldwide from more than 25 offices, investing in leadership training over the course of a year. In addition to learning, Winters mentors; she regularly works with the company’s younger staff, always leading by example. Her goal is the betterment of Perkins+Will, as well as the Dallas design community, while meeting the needs of real estate clients throughout Texas.
Winters’ industry and community roles include Design Awards Vice-Chair with AIA Dallas, as well as participation in the 25-year award committee and small firms roundtable for that organization; Perkins and Will Dallas Associates Group Chair and Office Cultural Committee, and active participation in the Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League.
Winters’ exemplary skills, combined with her dedication to company, industry and community, and focus on her family, are why she received a Connect Media 2019 Women in Real Estate Award.
