Women in Real Estate 2019: Younger Partners’ Kathy Permenter Combines Leasing Success with Outstanding Leadership

Kathy Permenter, co-founder and co-managing partner of full-service real estate firm Younger Partners, has oversight of company operations. She is also a hands-on member of the staff, regularly working with teams to ensure leasing success for clients and their portfolios throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Younger Partners, which provides investment, leasing and management services to investors and tenants, also specializes in the acquisition and disposition of land, multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties. And, Permenter works to ensure that long-term value is delivered to clients.

Permenter, who is a CPA, also has years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including holding executive positions at CBRE and Grubb & Ellis. From the community standpoint, she serves on LaunchAbility’s board of trustees and is a mentor with the Dallas Business Journal’s BizWomen Mentoring Monday.

Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed by community and industry peers. She was selected by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals as a finalist for that organization’s Stemmons Service Award, an honor that is bestowed based on a broker’s professional and community achievements. The Dallas Business Journal also honored her with the Women in Business award, while D CEO awarded her the Power Broker and Best Commercial Real Estate Broker in Dallas awards. And now, Permenter is the recipient of Connect Media’s 2019 Women in Real Estatate Award.
