Women in Real Estate 2019: NBP Capital’s Lauren Noecker Sets Diversified Company Vision, Strategy

She has helped guide the maturation of the firm from an opportunist, value-add multifamily investment fund to a well-diversified development fund. Noecker has played a critical role in building the management team and the company culture, enabling NBP Capital to grow to more than $1 billion in assets under management in its first 10 years.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Noecker as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Noecker leads the senior management team with oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, property management, asset management, and investor relations. She says, “We take a long-term perspective to real estate investing and deliver thoughtfully developed assets in compelling locations, poised for long-term appreciation. With a hands-on, localized management approach, we control the success of our assets through their life cycle. We focus on our West Coast target markets where we live, invest and give back to our local communities.”
Noecker is a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, the Executive Committee for the USC Lusk Real Estate Center and the Founding Members Circle of the Cayton Children’s Museum.
