Women in Real Estate 2019: Weitzman’s Gretchen Miller: Knowledge and Intelligence Secures Leadership Role

This is because she ensures she has a thorough understanding of a market and submarket, reviewing the centers and drivers, then identifies properties that might not be living up to their potential. She then contacts the properties’ owners, presenting a plan to help those properties reach their highest and best use. Using this approach, she has received listings for some truly high-profile real estate projects.
In addition to her knowledge and drive, Miller is kind and level-headed, regularly mentoring brokers and offering career advice through meetings and programs. She is also active in industry and community groups, as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Volunteer efforts include work with the North Texas Food Bank, Genesis Women’s Shelter, and Jewish Family Services.
Miller’s ambition and dedication, combined with her ability and willingness to give back, made her an ideal honoree for Connect Media’s 2019 Women in Real Estate awards.
