Women in Real Estate 2019: Inland Property Tax’s Tracy Le Empowers Her Employees

With nearly 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate financial, accounting and property taxes, Tracy Le oversees Inland Property Tax Services (IPTS), a national property tax consulting firm based in Oak Brook, IL. On a diverse portfolio of more than $5 billion taxable market value of commercial real estate properties, Le has led IPTS in saving its clients in excess of $46 million in annual taxes.

One of Le’s primary responsibilities is to work closely with Inland Real Estate Acquisitions LLC, the acquisition division of Inland. Her creative and analytic thinking, effective communication and attention to detail are instrumental in strategically performing a structured transaction to benefit Inland ownership and its investors.
