Women in Real Estate 2019: JPMorgan Chase’s Judy Guarino Pushes for Constant Improvement

Judy Guarino oversees JPMorgan Chase’s Northeast regional Commercial Mortgage Lending (CML) team, a team whose development she led in 2014. In five years, she has more than doubled the Northeast CML portfolio, but isn’t content to rest on her achievements. She’s constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for her clients and provide financial solutions to help them grow their businesses. She’s also deeply committed to developing and maintaining strong relationships with some of the largest real estate developers and investors in New York City.

Guarino’s ability to adapt to change and help others adapt has greatly benefited the team. She has played a huge role in improving and streamlining the team’s overall business processes. This has helped lead to bringing down Northeast CML’s controllable cycle times and a better overall client experience.

In addition, she’s influential in the firm’s support for women in real estate and is leading efforts to create networking and mentorship opportunities for women at the company.
