Women in Real Estate 2019: NKF’s Christine Espenshade is Dedicated to Clients’ Interests

Her clients prize her expertise, dedication to their interests and ability to negotiate deals that help them achieve their objectives. Espenshade’s background in asset management, development and various types of multifamily housing has allowed her to direct her clients’ interests to products appropriate for their investment criteria. Her clients appreciate her network of potential buyers and her perspective regarding different asset types and geographies, as they make their buy/sell decisions.
These are just some of the reasons we chose Espenshade as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Commensurate with this level of achievement, Espenshade has been named one of Baltimore Magazine’s “40 Under 40” and Maryland’s “Top 100 Women” by The Daily Record in 2014 and 2017. She has also been honored as a “Heroine of Washington” by the March of Dimes for her philanthropic work.
