Women in Real Estate 2019: Savills’ Ann Duncan Recognized as Inspiring Leader

Ann Duncan is an industry leader with fearless curiosity and ability to deliver positive results. Duncan currently serves as an Executive Vice President at Savills, and the head of the firm’s Occupier Services team. She oversees strategic solutions, tenant representation, technology services, project management and lease administration for both private and public sector clients.

In 2018, Duncan was asked to serve on the Savills Board of Directors, helping provide leadership, establish policies and make key decisions to sustain continued growth for the organization’s 32 offices and more than 800 employees in the U.S. and Canada. She was most recently appointed to also serve on the Management Committee for North America, as well as the firm’s new diversity board and its investment committee.

During her tenure at Savills, the Occupier Services group has become a profitable business line having more than doubled in recurring revenue. In addition to direct revenue, the firm has seen four times the division’s annual revenue in increased revenue to other business units in the company through assignments done on behalf of clients across the globe.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Duncan as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
