Women in Real Estate 2019: NKF’s Kay Davis is Respected, Hardworking Professional

Kay Davis has consistently raised the bar for tenant representation success during a noteworthy three-decade career, representing major law firms, Fortune 500 companies and other professional service providers.

Davis has been recognized by her peers as having outstanding client relationship skills. She consistently outworks the competition, puts clients first, and is regarded as one of the most respected brokers in the industry.

On the client side, Davis is driving efficiencies through best practices in areas of functionality, similar size offices, reductions in footprint, and workplace strategies that bring about positive change. While some clients are resistant to change, Kay’s persuasive skills and ability to drill down on how workspace connects back to business goals have resulted in a positive financial impact for her clients.

Davis is currently working to relocate one corporate tenant’s office from a suburban environment to an exciting downtown location in Atlanta that appeals to young professionals.

In addition, Davis is one of the few female tenant reps in in Atlanta. She leads her own team working nationally with other NKF brokers..

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Davis as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
