Women in Real Estate 2019: Cushman & Wakefield’s Lana Baldock Takes Prominent Role in PDX Repositioning Projects

She provides unparalleled representation services to tenant representation clients, including many multi-market assignments. A few examples include representing D.A. Davidson with nearly 600,000 square feet of office leases nationwide, and First American Title on their office requirements across Oregon.
Baldock has been instrumental in the repositioning of some of the most prominent commercial real estate projects in the Portland Metro area including the recent transformation of PACWEST, the iconic 550,000-square-foot Class A office tower in the CBD that was acquired by Lincoln Property company. She recently negotiated two full floor leases at the building, along with a list of other significant transactions at the property. She was also hired by Zeller Realty to reposition and lease up their first West Coast acquisition, Umpqua Bank Plaza, a nearly 300,000-square-foot Class A office tower in downtown. She has completed 24 transactions in the past two years at this project.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Baldock as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
The highly-talented, experienced and well-rounded broker offers a deep skillset in office tenant representation and advisory services. Yet, the single thing that makes her successful is her boundless enthusiasm for what she does. She brings to the table a deep knowledge of the Portland market, particularly the influential downtown area.
