Women in Real Estate 2019: Worth & Associates’ Jordan Worth Arriaga Immerses in Community Service

In 2007, Jordan Worth Arriaga left the Houston office of CBRE. Backed with a solid CRE history that included a stint with NorthMarq Capital, she joined Worth & Associates in San Antonio as vice president of finance. More than a decade later, she is still with the company. But, these days, she is the president of operations and property management. As part of her duties, she originates commercial mortgage loans, construction loans and land loans for the commercial real estate investor and developer.

While Worth Arriaga is focused on finance and mortgages for the company, she is also extremely dedicated to service; specifically, service to San Antonio. Her list of nonprofit involvement ranges from local (the Alamo Heights Foundation, San Antonio Children’s Museum and Charity Ball Association of San Antonio), to statewide (MD Anderson and Texas Biomed), to national (American Cancer Society).

Her years of knowledge about commercial real estate finance, combined with her outstanding community service, is why Worth Arriaga has been honored with one of Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate awards.
