Women in Real Estate: Colliers’ Alissa Adler Serves a Diverse Client Base

Adler merged her business, Circle Real Estate Advisors, with Randy Podolsky’s Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International in 2013. She developed a plan to grow the platform, with Podolsky Circle becoming recognized in the Midwest as a growth leader. Earlier this year, that recognition resulted in the merger of Podolsky Circle with Colliers International | Chicago, where Adler is now an SVP.
“As the commercial real estate industry continues to shift from a local or regional business focus to a more global focus, it became clear that we needed a partner with a successful, unified platform,” Adler, then Podolsky Circle’s managing principal and managing broker, said when the merger was announced.
These are just some of the reasons we chose Adler as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
A sought-after speaker at local, regional and national events—including the inaugural Connect Chicago in May—Adler is involved across the industry. She’s on the advisory board of the University of Wisconsin-Madison James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, and is active in numerous industry groups.
