Womble Bond Dickinson Relocating to Irvine

Irvine Company signed a 17,700-square-foot lease with Womble Bond Dickinson, LLP at 400 Spectrum Center Dr. in Irvine, CA. The transatlantic law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers across the U.S. and U.K. is moving its Orange County headquarters from Pacific Arts Plaza in Costa Mesa to accommodate growth. The firm plans to move in April 2019.

The lease brings 400 Spectrum Center to roughly 70% leased. The 21-story 428,000-square-foot building is located in the center of Irvine Spectrum, a live-work-play community. It is adjacent to a variety of housing choices and Irvine Spectrum Center, which offers 1.2 million square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment options.

The sister property, 200 Spectrum Center, opened last year and is fully leased. The properties share an open air gathering place, featuring casual workspaces, an outdoor living room and complimentary Wi-Fi, and KINETIC, which blends a state-of-the-art onsite fitness center and wellness services.
