Woman-Owned Development Firm Expands Team 

Ionic Development Company, a women-led firm based in Boston, welcomes Briana Pinheiro as vice president. With 15 years of experience in real estate development, Pinheiro brings experience in managing large-scale projects across Greater Boston.

Ionic Development’s current projects include Parcel D-4, the first all-affordable housing development in Seaport. Ionic is also part of one of the two teams seeking to redevelop 6-acres of land near the Massachusetts Convention Center.
