Woda Cooper to Develop Affordable Housing Property in Virginia

Ohio-based developer Woda Cooper Cos. has announced plans to develop Holley Pointe, a 50-unit affordable housing complex in Portsmouth, VA.

The community will consist of two- and three-bedroom floor plans and will be open to families, singles and seniors earning 80 percent or less of the area median income (AMI). Rents are planned to range from $710 to $1,135 per month. The $10.9 million project is slated to be completed in summer 2022.

Woda Cooper will oversee day-to-day operations at the community. The building was designed by Hooker DeJong Architecture while Woda Construction Inc. served as the general contractor.
