Woburn Industrial Property Trades for $10M
The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International has brokered the $10.4 million sale of a 66,219-square-foot industrial facility in Woburn.
Located at the intersection of Route 128 and Route 93, the nearly four-acre property is suitable for both manufacturing and warehouse and features 22-foot clear heights and substantial loading capacity.
David, James and Micah Stubblebine as well as Ellen Garthoff of The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, BirchPoint LLC and Lizwob Realty LLC. The buyer was a joint venture partnership comprised of Oliver Street Capital and Bain Capital Real Estate.
