WNC Welcomes Michael Egidi as Investor Relations VP

Affordable housing real estate firm WNC has announced the appointment of affordable housing finance veteran Michael Egidi as vice president of investor relations. Egidi brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role at the Irvine-based company.

“Micahel’s extensive experience in the affordable housing space and sophisticated financial background will prove invaluable to WNC in our outreach and ongoing communications with our institutional investors and other strategic partners,” said WNC Executive VP Christine Cormier.

Prior to joining WNC, Egidi worked as a director of multi-investor/equity originations and underwriting at a multinational financial services holding company. During his career, he has managed the origination, underwriting and closing of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments, and has been involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $2 billion in LIHTC investments.

Egidi earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
