Witnick Real Estate Partners Buys 43-Unit Williamsburg MF for $27M 

Witnick Real Estate Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm, has acquired a multifamily property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for $26.8 million. 

Located at 525 Union Ave, the 5-story elevator multifamily building features 43 apartments and 18 parking spots. The expiring 421A tax abatement remains in place until 2025. 

Lev Mavashev and Daniel Aminov of Alpha Realty brokered the deal.
