Wise Foods Upsizes in Totowa Industrial Lease

Lee & Associates – WBE arranged a 61,000-square-foot industrial lease for salty snack maker Wise Foods at 70 Maltese Dr. in Totowa, NJ. The firm’s Andrew Stypa, Daniel Badenhausen and Kyle Janoczkin served as tenant brokers; Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Longpoint.

Headquartered in Berwick, PA, Wise Foods is reportedly the largest regional snack food company in the U.S. Accounting for more than half of 70 Maltese Dr., the commitment represents a relocation and expansion from the company’s current Bergen County location. Stypa has worked on behalf of Wise Foods for the past 10 years.

“This property’s Passaic County address, offering easy access to major thoroughfares, was very attractive to our client,” said Stypa. “We conducted a six-month site search on behalf of Wise Foods. Ultimately, this property’s functionality, features and size created an ideal leasing scenario and enabled our client to meet its additional space requirements.”
