Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant strip center in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The property was sold to a California-based buyer for $4.375 million. 

The center, located at 320 State Hwy 13, is anchored by Starbucks and Applebee’s who have both been in the center for over 15-years. The seller was a Midwest investor looking to reallocate capital within his portfolio. 

Zack Hilgendorf, Executive Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., represented the seller: “The buyer was looking to put some excess cash to work in a high-quality asset with the intention of holding long-term. The buyer was able to acquire a well-built property located in the center of the regional trade area.”
