Wisconsin MOB Trades to Griffin-American Healthcare IV
Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV has acquired Sauk Prairie Medical Office Building in Prairie du Sac, WI. The REIT paid $19.5 million to acquire the 55,000-square-foot on-campus medical office building near Madison, WI from Sauk Prairie MOB LLC.
“Sauk Prairie Medical Office Building is strategically located on the campus of the local community hospital, serving as a critical component of the area’s healthcare delivery chain,” said Stefan Oh, the REIT’s EVP of acquisitions. “There is a lack of on-campus medical office options in the market, which we believe provides added value to the building and to the portfolio of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV.”
Healthcare REIT IV’s 43rd acquisition since it began investing in June 2016, the property is currently 100% leased to multiple healthcare providers. CBRE’s Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher represented the sellers.
