Wisconsin Hotel Property Sells to LLC in 1031 Exchange

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Best Western Park Oasis Inn Mauston, a 53-key hospitality property located in Mauston, WI. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Ebrahim Valliani, first VP in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of a limited liability company. The buyer, also an LLC, was represented by Valliani, with Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin regional manager and broker of record, assisting in closing this transaction.

Allan Miller and Chris Gomes, who lead the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team of Marcus & Millichap, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.

“The buyer acquired this property through a 1031 exchange,” Valliani explained, “the pursuit of this type of deal helped us expedite the escrow process, resulting in a smooth closing.”

Built in 1994, Best Western Park Oasis Inn Mauston is located at 1006 WI-82 in Mauston.
