Winter Park Multifamily Changes Ownership Hands for $62M

Berkadia has completed the $62.3-million sale of The Lexington at Winter Park, a 228-unit multifamily property located in the Orlando submarket of Winter Park, FL.

Cole Whitaker, Mary Beale and Lauren Gassie represented the seller, MA-based Aspen Square Management. The buyer was Texas-based Westmount Realty Capital, and the deal closed on April 21.

Located at 1701 Lee Road, The Lexington at Winter Park features multiple floor plans with walk-in closets and private patios. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a new clubhouse, Amazon locker hub and a dog park. The property is accessible to the Winter Park lifestyle of upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment.
