Winter Park MF Asset Fetches $64M
April 6, 2017
Monsey, NY-based White Eagle Property Group LLC acquired Auvers Village Apartments near Orlando’s upscale Baldwin Park community for $64 million. The 480-unit property at 5800 Auver Blvd. was bought by White Eagle affiliates, WE Auvers Village LLC and Morris Auvers Village LLC.
The 93%-occupied property was sold by affiliates of Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group Holdings, which bought the asset in the high-demand Winter Park submarket for $50.7 million in 2014. They subsequently fully or partially upgraded two-thirds of the units, which provides the new owners a value-add opportunity.
Property amenities include a clubhouse and fitness center, dog park, soccer field, playground and basketball court, as well as summer kitchens in a resort–like setting.
CBRE’s Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill represented the seller. The buyers were self-represented.
