Winter Garden Retail Property Trades for $5M
Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services (TREIS) has brokered the $4.8 million sale of a single-tenant, 4,794-square-foot retail property occupied by 7-Eleven in Winter Garden, FL.
Located at 4200 Winter Garden Vineland Rd. in metro Orlando, the property sees an average daily traffic count of more than 38,000 vehicles per day. The property is also nearby Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The current lease includes five percent increases every five years and 10 percent increases at each option period. 7-Eleven recently exercised its first two five-year option periods early and also added two more options.
Adam J. Tiktin, Alejandro Snyder and Michael Williams of TREIS represented the seller, 600 East LLC, as well as the buyer, Stablewood Properties, in the transaction. Closing took place Dec. 30th.
