Winsupply Adds Regional Distribution Center in Jacksonville

Winsupply Inc. plans to open a new regional distribution center in Jacksonville this year. The national distributor of construction and industrial supplies and equipment leased 272,480 square feet at Westside Industrial Park, an under-construction facility being developed by Pattillo Industrial Real Estate.

The distribution center sits on 22.3 acres at 6282 Imeson Rd. and will be Winsupply’s fifth major regional distribution center, joining others in Dayton, OH; Denver; Middletown, CT; and Richmond, VA. Winsupply says having a distribution center in Jacksonville will lead to shorter delivery times to its local companies in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina.

Pattillo’s Peter Anderson indicated construction should be completed by April. The $3.3-billion wholesaler-distributor plans to begin operations from the Jacksonville facility in the second half of 2019.

CBRE’s Ben Stewart and Terry Quarterman represented the tenant. JLL’s Luke Pope handles leasing for the west Jacksonville industrial park.
