Winston & Strawn Signs Lease at 916K-SF Park District

Law firm Winston & Strawn LLP inked a deal with Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife to take down approximately 56,000 square feet at Park District near downtown Dallas. Specifically, the tenant will occupy the eighth and ninth floors at PwC Tower, a 500,000-square-foot, 20-story office tower. Move-in is planned for Q2 2018.

PwC Tower is part of the mixed-Use Park District, a 916,000-square-foot, mixed-use project that is situated on three acres between Pearl and Olive Streets, and Klyde Warren Park. The asset is still under construction, but is nearing completion. In addition to office space, the project will offer an executive lounge, fitness facility, on-site restaurants and outdoor amenity spaces.

The development also has a 228-unit residential tower, which is being developed by TCC’s High Street Residential.
