Winston & Strawn Inks Deal for New Global HQ in River North
Irvine Company announced that Winston & Strawn LLP leased 148,000 square feet encompassing six full floors at 300 North LaSalle. The firm will occupy floors 43-48, offering unobstructed river-to-skyline views, overlooking the Riverwalk.
Winston & Strawn also leases office space at Irvine Company’s 200 Park Avenue in New York. Winston & Strawn was represented by Nancy Pacher and David Mahoney with CBRE.
The international law firm, which was founded in Chicago in 1853, was drawn to 300 North LaSalle for its architectural significance and landmark location in Chicago’s dramatic skyline. The recently announced $30 million reinvestment for the iconic River North tower factored into the decision.
“Our Chicago roots run deep and when we embarked on a search for a downtown office location that would inspire our team and exceed expectations well into the future, we knew 300 North LaSalle was the perfect fit,” said Cardelle Spangler, Chicago Managing Partner of Winston & Strawn.
