Steven DeTore and Maurice Rondeau have been promoted to SVP positions at WinnCompanies in Boston, MA.

WinnCompanies Promotes Steven DeTore, Maurice Rondeau to SVP Positions

Boston, MA-based WinnCompanies, a national developer and manager of affordable, mixed-income and market rate apartment communities, has promoted both Steven DeTore and Maurice Rondeau to SVP.

Steven DeTore oversees business planning for WinnResidential, including the development and joint oversight of the management company’s strategic vision and business plan, corporate resource allocations, new business development and key business initiatives. DeTore began with the company as an intern 20 years ago.

Maurice Rondeau is responsible for leading large-scale learning and development efforts of WinnCompanies’ residential and corporate teams, including the creation and implementation of learning programs with measurable outcomes and evaluation methodologies. He joined WinnCompanies in 2016.

In addition, the company promoted Kelly Spangler to VP. She is responsible for addressing organizational changes and challenges as a member of the human resources, learning and development team, including compensation, HRIS and people analytics, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement. Spangler joined the company in 2014.
