Winklevoss Twins’ Tech Firm Rents at 315 Park Ave. South

Tech company Gemini Trust Company has signed a lease for 34,000 square feet of space at 315 Park Ave. South, a 331,000-square-foot office tower in Manhattan’s Midtown South District.

Founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014, Gemini allows its customers to buy, sell, and store digital assets such as bitcoin and ether.

“When we acquired 315 Park Avenue South in 2015, we recognized its potential to attract the city’s top creative, media, and technology companies,” said Nelson Mills, president and CEO of Columbia Property Trust. Columbia’s renovation of the 1910 building is nearly complete, and the tower is currently 73% leased, with a robust pipeline of prospects for the remaining availability.
