Mainstreet at Flatiron

Winkler Purchases 94K-SF Broomfield Mixed-Use Property

Winkler Development acquired all the properties that make up Mainstreet at FlatIron, a 94,000-square-foot portfolio in Broomfield that includes a two-story retail and office property, a multi-tenant retail building, and a surface parking lot. The price for the package was $19.95 million. Wells Fargo provided a $12 million acquisition loan to help fund the deal.

The properties sit across the street from the FlatIron Crossing mall in Broomfield. Mainstreet at FlatIron was constructed in 2002.

Aequus Partners was the seller. The group previously purchased the two-building portfolio for $5.08 million in 2017. Mainstreet at FlatIron was constructed in 2002.

Last November, Winkler purchased the shopping center of Parker Pavilions, at 11465 S. Parker Road, for $8.4 million.

Winkler targets investments that range from $5 million to $80 million.
