Wingspan Development Cuts Ribbon on Plainfield Luxury Apartments
Wingspan Development Group joined local officials including Plainfield Mayor John Argoudelis and project partners on Nov. 1 for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Sixteen30. The project is a Class A, 284-unit rental community at 14750 S. Wallin Dr. in Plainfield, IL, about 40 miles southwest of Chicago.
Featuring eight garden-style buildings with neo-farmhouse exteriors surrounding a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse with resort-style pool, Sixteen30 is already 80% leased. Wingspan sister company Nicholas & Associates handled construction. Lincoln Property Company oversees leasing and property management.
