Wingate Living Reaches Leasing Milestone at Needham Seniors Project

Wingate Living and WL Development have reached a leasing milestone at the under-development One Wingate Way East in Needham, MA. The community designed for independent seniors has now leased 75% of the 69 residential units to residents.

“Our vision for One Wingate Way East is to create a vibrant and active environment for older adults in a luxury, boutique setting with easy access to all the lifestyle amenities and services they need to remain healthy, engaged and fulfilled,” said Alexandra Schuster, president of Wingate Living. “The speed at which these units have been leased demonstrates how special this project is, and we cannot wait to introduce One Wingate Way East to the Needham community.”

Future residents of One Wingate Way East will share a collective campus with existing Wingate communities and will have access to amenities such as a fitness center, underground parking garage, salon and spa services, and gourmet dining featuring a breathtaking display kitchen.
