Wingate Living Acquires Its Third Rhode Island Property

Wingate Living has acquired Wingate Residences in Cranston, RI, formerly known as Victoria Court. The memory care facility marks Wingate’s third property in Rhode Island and its only standalone memory care community.

“Expanding our presence in Rhode Island is an exciting and important step for Wingate,” said Alexandra Schuster, president of Wingate. “Wingate Residences at Cranston is already a thriving community, and we look forward to building on that strong foundation. Our focus remains on delivering exceptional care, creating meaningful connections, and providing an engaging, supportive environment where residents can truly thrive.”

Currently 100% occupied, Wingate Residences at Cranston is the only assisted living community located in the City of Cranston, according to Wingate. The new ownership plans to invest in renovations and enhancements. The acquisition maintains Wingate’s focus on providing personalized senior living experiences tailored to the needs of each community
