Wingate Breaks Ground on Newest Luxury Senior Living Project

Wingate Living and WL Development, owner, operator, manager and developer of luxury senior living communities, recently broke ground on One Wingate Way East in Needham, MA. As of the groundbreaking, 75% of the residential units have been leased to residents. Designed for independent seniors, the community is expected to welcome residents in the Spring of 2026.

“We are so excited to break ground as a team and celebrate this next chapter for not only luxury senior living but also Wingate Living,” said Alexandra Schuster, President of Wingate Living. “Our vision for One Wingate Way East is to create a vibrant and active environment for older adults in a luxury, boutique setting with easy access to all the lifestyle amenities and services they need to remain healthy, engaged and fulfilled. We cannot wait to welcome our residents next spring.”

Future residents of One Wingate Way East will share a collective campus with existing Wingate communities and will have access to amenities such as a fitness center, underground parking garage, salon and spa services and gourmet dining.
