Wine Importer Leases Full Floor at Park Avenue South Tower

The Feil Organization has signed a 12,000-square-foot, 10-year lease for the entire eighth floor at 250 Park Ave. South with Wilson Daniels, a family-owned, luxury wine importer and marketer. Wilson Daniels is relocating and expanding from its current office at 19 W. 24th St.

“Wilson Daniels was looking for a location that not only elevated their brand presence but also provided a premium space tailored to their unique needs,” said Anthony LoPresti of Cushman & Wakefield. “250 Park Ave. South delivers on every front, from its architectural character to its central location, making it the ideal next chapter for their continued growth.” The new space, which is being built to suit the tenant’s needs, will feature a custom-designed wine cellar to showcase its portfolio of fine wines.

Wilson Daniels was represented by LoPresti and Jordy Elardo of Cushman & Wakefield. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Robert Fisher and Henry Korzec.
