WindWater Completes First Digital Platform Deal

Mitchell/Fitch LLC divested a 28,402-square-foot office building in Costa Mesa through WindWater Real Estate’s digital platform, WRE-X. This sale represents the first transaction using the WRE-X cloud-based platform, which allowed the parties to manage the transaction without having to rely on face to face meetings or office visits.

Private investor AB&H Holdings Costa Mesa LLC acquired the property at 3050 Pullman St. for $8,380,000. The seller acquired the asset in 2006 when it was originally a medical device manufacturing site. It subsequently built out a collaborative office environment, one of the first “just spaces” in Orange County.

The building features a high image glass-line fronting the 55 freeway and an interior atrium. The interior features exposed ceilings, sealed concrete floors, multiple conference rooms and private offices, reception/lobby, kitchen and ample open space.

The sale was handled by WindWater’s Chas Leeper and Mac Mace.
