Windmill Investments Taps JLL to Manage, Lease San Antonio Portfolio
Windmill Investments hired JLL for assistance with lease-up, property management and project development services of a recently-acquired, 523,000-square-foot office portfolio in San Antonio. The owner purchased the six-building portfolio out of bankruptcy. The portfolio consists of Alamo Towers, 1800 Plaza and Petroleum Towers.
JLL’s Meredith Sheeder and Meredith Howard are leading the marketing and leasing efforts for the portfolio. Major capital improvements are planned for the properties, with JLL’s Lisa Clark leading the project development services for those improvements.
“Each of these assets are well-located and primed for repositioning,” said JLL’s Chuck King. “Strategic capital investments by Windmill will change the narrative with regard to the marketability of these assets, and greatly enhance the tenant experience, both current and future.”
