Windmill Apartments Gets Recapitalized Via Freddie
A $39.75 million Freddie Mac loan was recently secured for Peak Capital Partners to recapitalize Windmill Apartments, a 304-unit multifamily property in Colorado Springs, CO. Built in 1984 and renovated in the last few years, Windmill is comprised of 15 three-story apartment buildings.
The property contains a clubhouse with lounge area, courtyard, gazebo, barbecue and picnic area, swimming pool with sundeck, playground, fitness center, business center, volleyball court and dog park.
Peak Capital Partners and its affiliates own and manage more than 23,000 units of conventional, affordable and student apartment properties in growth markets across the United States.
KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) secured the loan with Brian Caudel and Andrew Nathenson structuring the financing.
