Windhaven Investments Inc. nabbed a 45.7-acre industrial parcel in Mesquite, TX from a Dallas-area trust. The land, situated on Kearney Street, west of SH 352, will be used for investment purposes. John St. Clair and Renzo Cella with Younger Partners brokered the transaction.

“The new owner recognizes the value of this property as a great industrial location, particularly for a local developer or owner-user,” said St. Clair, who is also representing the new ownership in searching for a buyer. The tract is adjacent to the Pep Boys Distribution Hub at 1130 E. Kearney.

“In addition to commercial activity, Mesquite also has a very strong industrial base,” St. Clair noted.
