Wilshire Capital Selects Oakwood for Seattle SLU Assignment

Wilshire Capital, LLC selected Oakwood to manage Tellus on Dexter, a newly-constructed 98-unit residential building in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The eight-story building at 403 Dexter Ave. N was inspired by modern Japanese and Scandinavian design aesthetics.

The property includes studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and offers a rooftop deck, common-space lounge area, fitness facility, bike storage, and 50 coveted parking spaces. The building also includes roughly 2,588 square feet of ground-level retail space, which is currently leased by Metropolitan Deli and Café.

Oakwood’s Dean Schreiber says, “Oakwood’s emphasis on hospitality is what sets us apart from our competition, and we strive to deliver that through all of our property management, leasing, and customer service solutions.”

Oakwood already operates Oakwood Seattle South Lake Union. The company, wholly-owned by Mapletree Investments, maintains a global portfolio of fee-managed properties, partnering with property owners to deliver best-in-class services and products.

There is still time to join us at Connect Seattle. The event is being held today at Coterie Worklounge. You can find out more information and register on this link.
