Port 45 in Wilmer site of 2-building 560,000 square foot industrial park

Wilmer Site for New Dallas-Area Industrial Park

Wilmer Port 45 consists of two light-industrial tilt-wall buildings, totaling 566,868 square feet. Both buildings are front-dock warehouses with a total of 115 dock doors with levelers every other door. The warehouses will have high bay LED lighting and HVLS fans located at the loading docks. Paving will provide parking for 125 trailers and 342 passenger vehicles. The project is located SE of Dallas in Wilmer, on 35 acres, at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Pike Road.

Griffin Partners plans to spend $35 million on the project. Harvey/Cleary will be the builder. It’s expected to open in May of 2023.

Numerous surveys report that the Dallas/Fort Worth area leads the nation in industrial building.
