Willow Tree Credit Partners Signs 10K-SF Midtown Lease 

Willow Tree Credit Partners has signed a new five-year lease with SL Green Realty Corp for 10,820 square feet at 450 Park Avenue.  

Located at 57th Street and Park Avenue, the 33-story tower offers panoramic views of Manhattan and houses tenants like BlueCrest Capital and Aston Martin. SL Green is finalizing capital improvements including a new lobby and a tenant-only wellness center with fitness amenities, golf simulators, and luxury locker rooms.  

“Park Avenue continues to be the brightest star of the Manhattan market that is experiencing improved tenant demand across all of midtown,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green. The transaction was facilitated internally by Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen.
