Willow Bridge Launches Leasing at Bethesda MF

Willow Bridge Property Company announced the launch of leasing at its newest property under management, 4909 Auburn Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland. The building’s first move-ins are scheduled for late October 2024.

Located in Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle neighborhood and a short walk from the Bethesda Metro station, the 188,701-square-foot building was designed by Baltimore-based BCT Design Group. Gensler, a San Francisco-based architecture and design firm, provided the interior design. The 167-unit, 11-story multifamily development offers studios to two-bedroom plus den residences ranging from 364 to 1,333 square feet.

“4909 Auburn embodies the vision of seamlessly integrating residential living with hotel spa-like amenities, creating a unique experience in Bethesda,” said Jeff Parana, Principal of Potomac Development Group, the development manager for the project. 4909 Auburn offers approximately 16,297 square feet of outdoor and indoor amenity space, including terraces, a fitness center, and a penthouse lounge.
