Williamsburg Office Development Wired-Certified

Certified-fast internet service may help 25 Kent differentiate itself from other office properties available in Brooklyn.

Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners are now pre-leasing approximately 500,000 square feet of office space at the new Williamsburg building, which will open in mid-2018. The developers had the building’s connectivity and technological infrastructure certified by WiredScore, which gave it a “Wired Certified Platinum” designation.

Potential office tenants may receive some piece of mind from the designation, as they consider venturing into Brooklyn’s growing commercial district along the waterfront.

“Look at DUMBO and other Brooklyn neighborhoods attempting to redevelop for commercial office space today, and you’ll find an abundance of aging building stock currently unfit to provide top-tier internet connectivity for their tenants,” said Arie Barendrecht, founder and CEO of WiredScore.
